Soravon LLC operates as a print-on-demand ecommerce platform. By using soravon.com or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products and Production

• All items are custom made-to-order and produced by our third-party production partners. Products are not held in stock or shipped from a U.S. warehouse.
• Colors, print alignment, sizes, and fit may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric characteristics, and the sublimation printing process. We recommend reviewing our Size Chart before ordering.
• Production time is 3–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or high order volume. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Shipping and International Orders

• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
• If a package is confirmed lost or does not arrive within 60 days from the order date, please contact us for assistance as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soravon LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
