1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time: 3–7 business days.
Shipping to USA: 7–10 business days after production.
Total estimated: 10–17 business days (contiguous USA).
International: 13–27 business days total.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all USA orders over $100 USD.
Orders under $100: $7.95 flat rate.
International: $9.95 flat rate.

3. Are products made-to-order?

Yes. Every item is custom made-to-order and printed after your order is placed. Production time is 3–7 business days.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns or replacements only for defective or incorrect items (our error) within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues as all products are custom made-to-order. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the detailed Size Chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering one size up.

6. Will the colors look exactly like on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and fabric types. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

7. Where are products shipped from?

All items are printed and shipped directly from our global production partners. We do not ship from a U.S. warehouse.

8. Do I pay customs fees for international orders?

Yes. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees.

9. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if not received.

10. What happens if my package is lost or not delivered?

If your package shows no update for more than 30 days after the last tracking scan, or does not arrive within 60 days from the order date, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a full refund or free reshipment if lost due to carrier error.
