At Soravon, all products are custom made-to-order. We stand behind the quality of our products and will address any manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
1. Quality Issues or Our Errors
We offer **free replacement or full refund** (no return shipping required in most cases) within 30 days of delivery for the following:
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Manufacturing or printing errors
- Incorrect item, size, or design shipped due to our mistake
How to submit a claim:
- Contact support@soravon.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement (you usually do not need to return the original item).
Restocking fee: $0.00 for approved quality claims.
2. Returns for Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Buyer’s Remorse
All Soravon products are **custom made-to-order and personalized**. Therefore, we **do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds** for change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review our Size Chart and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if production has not yet started:
- Within 24 hours on weekdays
- Within 48 hours on weekends or holidays

4. Lost, Stolen or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your package shows no delivery update for more than 30 days after the last tracking scan, or does not arrive within 60 days from the order date, please contact us at support@soravon.com with your Order ID and tracking number.
We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost or undelivered due to carrier error, we will offer a full refund or free reshipment at no additional cost.
Please note: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
