All Soravon products are made-to-order using sublimation printing. Each item is individually produced after your order is placed.
Handling Time (Production)
- 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately.
Shipping Rates
- USA: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 | $7.95 flat rate for orders under $100.
- International: $9.95 flat rate.
- Additional fees may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, remote areas, or certain international destinations. We’ll show exact shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking & Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, YunExpress, or local postal services. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Important Notes
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or extra fees.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees (not included in shipping cost).
- All products are made-to-order. Slight variations in color and print alignment may occur.
Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages
If your package shows no delivery update for more than 30 days after the last tracking scan, or does not arrive within 60 days from the order date, please contact us at support@soravon.com with your Order ID and tracking number.
We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost or undelivered due to carrier error, we will offer a full refund or free reshipment at no additional cost.
Please note: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
